• Missing or Damaged Items: I understand that it is my responsibility to inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify Blu Range Cebu Tours or CyHan Travel & Tours immediately if any items are missing or damaged. Failure to report missing or damaged items within 34 hours of receiving the equipment may result in additional charges. In the event of any damage to the equipment during the rental period, I agree to pay for the repair or replacement costs, as determined by Blu Range Cebu Tours or CyHan Travel & Tours.
