Due to the nature of their roles, certain Blu Range Cebu Tours personnel are required to work primarily on-site. These positions include office personnel, tour guides, tour organizers, and drivers. Employees in marketing will operate in a hybrid environment, whilst the SEO staff Will primarily work online.

- Attend in-person meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations as required.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety protocols while on-site.
4. Hybrid Work Arrangement
Marketing employees will have a mixed work arrangement that combines on-site and remote work. These staff must follow the following guidelines:
- Establish a timetable that balances on-site and remote work with team members and supervisors.
- Make yourself available for meetings and cooperation throughout core business hours.
- Use remote work tools and communication channels effectively to stay connected with the team.
5. Online Work for the SEO Team
The SEO Team Will primarily work online. Guidelines for the SEO Team include:
- Use online communication and collaboration tools to collaborate with Team members.
- Regularly communicate with team leaders and managers to ensure project and goal alignment.
- While working remotely, prioritize effective time management and productivity.
6. Collaboration and Communication
Regardless of work arrangement, all employees are expected to:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with teammates, bosses, and coworkers.
- Use appropriate communication channels for work-related discussions, updates, and enquiries.
- Respond to emails, texts, and requests during business hours as soon as possible.
7. Accountability and Performance
Regardless of their work arrangement, all employees are responsible for meeting job responsibilities, goals, and performance expectations as outlined in their job descriptions.
The General Manager will evaluate performance based on outcomes, teamwork, and contributions to the team’s success.
8. Work Equipment and Security
Employees who operate remotely must ensure company information, data, and equipment security and confidentiality.
Use company-provided equipment or approved personal devices for work-related tasks.
Adhere to the company’s IT security policies and guidelines.
9. Adjustments and Flexibility
Blu Range Cebu Tours understands that work arrangements may need to change occasionally due to business or personal demands. Employees are encouraged to notify their managers of any necessary modifications.
10. Policy Violations
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary sanctions, up to and including termination, as deemed appropriate by management.
